63 candidates have successfully passed the exams as judges of the High Intellectual Property Court. 210 candidates were appointed to the competition for positions in the IP court.

The next stage of the competition is interviews with the members of the High qualification commission of judges of Ukraine.

The vast majority of finalists are candidates with experience as judges (54 people).

There will be 30 judges in the High Intellectual Property. 9 of which are judges of the Appeals Chamber.

The creation of the court began in the fall of 2017. It is expected to start work in the mid-2019.
