As of 1 January 2026, Tajikistan has increased the base indicator used for calculating official fees to 78 somoni. As a result, all fees for actions related to trademarks have increased by 4%.
In particular, the fee for filing and examination of a trademark application in black-and-white format in one class has risen to 2,708 somoni (approximately USD 295). The fee for each additional class has been increased to 967 somoni (approximately USD 105).
The official fee for registration of a trademark in black-and-white format has increased to 3,026 somoni (approximately USD 329).
