On August 19, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted amendments to the resolution on the Procedure for disposing of property confiscated by a court decision and transferred to state executive service bodies.
According to the amendments, for alcohol and alcoholic beverages confiscated by a court decision, the possibility of industrial processing is excluded and only the option of destruction remains.
Also, the procedure for the destruction of counterfeit liquids used in electronic cigarettes has been determined – such products, as well as equipment for their manufacture, will also be subject to destruction.
