The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a resolution on the promotion of Ukrainian-made goods.
The image of the trademark “Made in Ukraine” was approved in the following form:
The government instructed the Ministry of Economy to develop and approve a technical standard (brand book) based on the specified trademark image.
State bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, are recommended to use the trademark image in accordance with the technical standard (brand book).
The use of the image of the trademark approved by this resolution by state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, will be carried out free of charge.
Subsequently, the relevant application for registration of this designation was submitted by the Ministry of Economy. However, only goods of classes 1-32 were specified in the application.
