The largest Russian online retailer Wildberries has opened an online store in Ukraine.

Orders are available through the wildberries.ua online store, as well as through the mobile application.

Ukraine became the third new market for Wildberries in 2020 – earlier the retailer launched operations in Poland and Slovakia. Prior to that, Wildberries was represented only in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union – Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan.

Wildberries plans to enter the markets of other countries and for the next five years, the goal is to increase turnover outside Russia to $2.5 billion. The company’s home market turnover reaches $5 billion.

Buyers in Ukraine have access to 3 million items of goods from 32 thousand brands: clothing, footwear, and accessories, toys, sports goods, stationery, pet supplies, as well as goods for home. In the future, the company plans to expand its range.

The delivery of goods in Ukraine will be carried out with the help of logistics partners. Customers of the online store will be able to receive their orders at 8 thousand partner points of delivery or by courier delivery to their homes.

At the end of 2019, the retail trade turnover in Ukraine increased by 10.5%. In January-July 2019, the volume of retail trade, despite tough quarantine restrictions in the spring, grew by 4.2%.
