From February 2019, the objections and applications to the Chamber of Patent Disputes of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property can be submitted online.
To conduct the procedure on the website of the department, you should fill out the appropriate form with the data:
- information about the person submitting the application,
- address for correspondence,
- information about the IP object,
- attach objection or application.
It should be noted, that earlier it has been already implemented application submission, renewal of certificates and transfer of rights in online.
